When you login Oracle Application R12 have an error that

" Error “FRM-92050 : Failed to connect to the Server: /forms/lservlet-1” "

1. Internet --> Tools --> Internet Options
Security TAB --> Trusted Sites and click Custom level

2. Didsble XSS filter

3. Restart .
